Management Team
Eric Kauders, Jr., President & CEOEric has over 20 years of wealth management leadership experience. He holds his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Virginia Council on Economic Education and the Virginia Bankers Association’s Trust and Wealth Management Committee. |
Natalie D. Gill, CTFA, Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative OfficerNatalie has over 15 years of experience in the Trust and Wealth Management industry. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Certificate of Trust Management from Campbell University. Natalie also completed the American Bankers Association National Trust School and National Graduate Trust School and has the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor certification. She is also a member of the Peninsula Estate Planning Council. |
Administration Team
Michelle Whittington, CSOP, Senior Vice President & Chief Operations OfficerMichelle has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, with 32 of those years in the investment management and trust operations areas. She earned her certifications of Certified Trust Operations Specialist and Certified Securities Operations Professional from Cannon Financial Institute. Michelle is a graduate of the Cannon Securities Graduate Program. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Banks and Fiduciary & Investment Risk Management Association (FIRMA). |
Business Development Team
Dee Burcher, Marketing & Development OfficerDee has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. She assists with the business development efforts and marketing activities for the company. Dee also directs company training efforts to increase awareness of company services. She and her family are lifelong residents of the Peninsula. |
Investments Team
McKim Williams, Jr., Senior Vice President & Chief Investment OfficerMcKim has over 25 years of investment and portfolio management experience. In addition to overseeing our investment research and portfolio management, he also writes our Investment Commentary newsletter. McKim attained both his B.A and M.B.A. from The College of William & Mary and has attained Bloomberg® Certification for both Equity & Fixed Income. He is Past President of the Rotary Club of Newport News and is a member of the Economics Club of Hampton Roads. |
Bill McLachlan, CFP®, Vice President & Investment OfficerBill has over 35 years of investment management experience and he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He has a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has completed the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and the Southeastern Trust School at Campbell University. |

He is a member and Past President of the Peninsula Estate Planning Council and also the Society of Financial Service Professionals-Peninsula Chapter. He is a Graduate of Cannon Trust School, and a Chartered Life Underwriter. |
Anna Murphy, Vice President & Relationship ManagerAnna has over 30 years of experience in the Trust and Wealth Management industry. A graduate of Southeastern Trust School at Campbell University as well as Canon Trust School, she has also completed various fiduciary courses. She is a member of the Peninsula Estate Planning Council. |

R. Joseph Rader, CEBS, QPA, QKA, CPFA, Senior Vice President & Head of Retirement SolutionsJoe has over 27 years of experience working with employer sponsored retirement plans. His experience includes investments, recordkeeping, administration, compliance and advisory/consulting. He earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Frostburg State University. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) where he earned his Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations. He is a founding member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) where he earned his Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation. He also holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation offered through a partnership between the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. |
Leesa Conley, Retirement Services OfficerLeesa joined Old Point in 2015. She has over 15 years of customer service experience and a background in retirement accounts. She is a graduate of Evangel University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Leesa works with the processing of the 401(k) plans and IRA account administration. |
Becky J. Nicholas, CPC, Senior Vice President & Managing DirectorBecky has over 30 years of experience in the qualified plan area. She is a course instructor for the ASPPA Qualified Pension Administrator's Program, as well as the Retirement Plans course for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program. She has given numerous presentations to various professional financial and accounting. |
Deborah W. Henry, CPC, ERPA, Vice PresidentDebbie brings over 25 years of experience to retirement plan administration. She is an associate member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and an enrolled Retirement Plan Agent through the IRS. In an effort to keep on the cutting edge of of the industry, Debbie regularly attends various continuing education seminars sponsored by ASPPA and Corbel. |
Maureen J. Ringo, CPC, ERPA, Vice PresidentMaureen brings over 20 years of service to the team. She is an associate member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and an enrolled Retirement Plan Agent through the IRS. Maureen helps coordinate plan design, implementation, and education for clients. |
