2017 Volunteer Achievement Awards

The Hampton Roads VOLUNTEER Achievement Awards recognize the region's most outstanding volunteers based on their length of service, initiative and impact on the community.

Robert F. Shuford, Sr., Chairman of the Board, President & CEO of Old Point Financial Corporation and Robert F. Shuford, Jr., President & CEO of Old Point National Bank will be recognized as Corporate Excellence Award honorees. The Corporate Excellence Award will honor father and son who together have inspired a culture of giving back to their local community through their employee volunteer program at Old Point National Bank. Old Point supports more than 300 Hampton Roads charitable organizations and their employees pride themselves on creating a better community through philanthropy and volunteerism.
