System and Hardware Requirements
You must have the following items in order to use the service: A computer using a current, fully supported operating system such as Windows or Macintosh; For mobile devices, Apple iOS 7 or later, Google Android version 4 or later devices; An internet browser, such as a current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari; Access to the internet through your internet service provider (ISP); and Software to access Portable Document Format or “PDF” files, such as the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader® (available for download at http://get.adobe.com/reader/). If hardware or software requirements change, we will notify you of these changes and the new requirements. Use of this electronic service requires a standards-compliant web-browser which supports HTTPS protocol, HTML, and cookies. Viewing PDF documents may require additional software such as Adobe Reader.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents, notices or disclosures at any time. In order to withdraw your consent, you should discontinue use of this electronic signature system and notify Old Point that you wish to receive documents, notices and disclosures in paper format. After withdrawing your consent, if at any point in the future you proceed forward and utilize the electronic signature system, you are once again consenting to receive notices and disclosures and optionally electronic signatures.
Scope of Consent
You agree to receive electronic notices, disclosures and/or electronic signature documents with all related and identified documents and disclosures provided for this particular electronic transaction with Old Point. You may at any point withdraw your consent to proceed with this electronic transaction by discontinuing the use of this service and by following the procedures below. You have the ability to download, print and retain any documents sent to you through this electronic system.
Requesting Paper Copies, Withdrawing Consent, and Updating Contact Information
It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate, and complete contact information. If there is a changed in your email address or other information needed to contact you electronically, you agree to promptly contact us to update this information. To request paper copies of documents, withdraw consent to conduct this transaction electronically, and/or update email and other contact information, please contact the sending party at Old Point by telephone (757-728-1290), postal mail (P.O. Box 3392, Hampton, VA 23663) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following subject lines:
- “Requesting Paper Copies” - please provide your name, email, telephone number, mailing address, and document title
- “Withdraw Consent” - please provide your name, email, date, telephone number, and mailing address
- “Update Contact Information” - please provide your name, email, telephone number, and mailing address. Please include the old information as well as the new.
