At Old Point, we value your time and business. By scheduling an appointment online, you can save time and ensure that a banking professional will be available to assist you with your specific needs at your chosen time. It's easy, convenient, and safe!

To book an appointment, just click the Schedule An Appointment button above, select the type of service needed, pick a location, choose your meeting preference (i.e. in-person, phone, or video), and select the date and time that works best for your schedule.

You will need to provide your first and last name, email address, and phone number.

Can I schedule a same-day appointment? 

Yes, you can make same-day appointments at our branches. You can also make next-day appointments with our relationship managers. Please contact your local branch or call us at 757.728.1290 if you need immediate assistance.

How far in advance can I schedule an appointment? 

You can schedule an appointment up to 15 days in advance.

What If I am running late to an appointment? 

If you are running late for an appointment, please call the person your appointment is with to let them know.

How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment after it is booked? 

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment through the appointment tool or you can call the branch or person to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 

What if I miss my appointment? 

You are welcome to schedule another appointment or contact your local branch for assistance.
