Loan Payment Options

We offer many convenient options for making your Old Point loan payments. Choose the method that best fits your needs.

• Contact us at 757.728.1290 or info@oldpoint.com to set up a recurring automatic loan payment.

Please note: A completed automatic payment form must be received at least 10 days prior to your due date for your payment to process by your due date.

• Use Old Point's online banking to transfer money and make loan payments, even from another financial institution.
• Not enrolled? Click here to enroll in online banking.

Please note: If you are a new Old Point customer, you may not have immediate access to make loan payments through online banking. Also, verifying a new external account can take a few days, so don't wait until your due date!

• If you have Bill Pay service with Old Point or another financial institution, login into your online banking to set up a one-time or recurring payment.

• Click the button below to make a loan payment through our website using your debit card or eCheck.
• A $6.95 convenience fee will apply to all loan payments made online using your debit card or e-check
• Payments must be received by 4:00pm EST to be posted to your loan the same day.
• Register yourself to save your information to make future payments easier.

• Call us anytime at 757.728.1290 to make a loan payment using your debit card or eCheck. (Press option 4, then option 1 to utilize our automated loan payment service.)
• A $6.95 convenience fee will apply to all loan payments made over the phone using your debit card or e-check
• Payments must be received by 4:00pm EST to be posted to your loan the same day.

• Visit any Old Point branch during business hours to make a loan payment by cash, check, or transfer.

• Mail a check payment to: Old Point National Bank, ATTN: Loan Servicing, P.O. Box 3392, Hampton, VA 23663
• Be sure to include your account number or payment coupon.
